Secular Franciscan Order Immaculate Heart of Mary Fraternity

There are many spiritual families and the Franciscan Family, which in its various branches recognizes St. Francis of Assisi as its father, inspiration and model, must be included. The secular Franciscans commit themselves by their profession to live the Gospel according to Franciscan spirituality in their secular condition. The spirituality of the secular Franciscan is a plan of life centered on the person and on the following of Christ.

The Immaculate Heart of Mary Fraternity meets monthly at Immaculate Conception in Washington. Any practicing Catholic, 18 years or older is welcome to join.
