Bulletin Announcements: Please have your written bulletin announcement turned into the Rectory Office 11 days prior to when you want it to appear. All announcements are subject to editing.

Schedule Meetings: Meetings are scheduled annually in late Summer/early Fall for the entire year. Anyone wishing to schedule additional meetings can call or stop in the rectory office.

Rooms available are: Adult Learning Center, Art Room, Cafeteria, Class Rooms, Church, Church Hall, JFK Library, Rectory Conference Room

Wedding/Marriage: Marriage arrangements should be made at the Church before any other arrangements are made. This must be done at least 6 months prior to the wedding date. Please phone the Parish Office for an appointment.

Child Protection: Any person interested in joining a ministry that involves the children of our parish are required by the Diocese of Pittsburgh to complete an on-line background check and obtain Pennsylvania State clearances. Hall Rental: Currently, Immaculate Conception Church does not permit rental of the Church Hall. However, the social hall at our worship site, Sacred Heart in Claysville, is available for rental.
